Kuzeybati offers local service either through in-house team or through affiliated Turkish service providers and international service through Savills.
Kuzeybati has four main departments, which are: Brokerage, Investment, Consultancy and Property Management. The company is one of the few service providers in Turkey, which offers a complete spectrum of real estate services to clients, from site selection to property management.
Investing in information systems is a principal objective of Kuzeybati. Kuzeybati’s database monitors more than 215.000 companies/contacts and 95.000 properties. This SQL based database is utilised to offer the best brokerage and real estate counselling studies.
Kuzeybati team consists of 27 professionals as of August 2008. This figure is considered to be one of the most crowded groups among real estate service providers in Turkey.
